Set in an historical 16th Century villa, “Chi Pierpaoli” is a good example of the traditional rural houses which were typical of the Central Appennines.

During the Middle Age, Monte Vicino was a property of Citta’ di Castello and only after it entered the control of the Ubaldini Family, Masters of Apecchio, and therefore in the field of the Montefeltro Family of Urbino. In 1631, it passed to the Papal States.
